Haaaaa... best giler kan tajuk dia...menarik tahap dashat tajuk2 dia.... tu baru hari pertama...lom tgk hari kedua..lagi dashat tahap super duper saiya peringkat kelapan belas kuasa jupiter....kannn..
Hari kedua ni yg bestnya ada hands on session... So kalo nak merasa susah ke senang nak wat echo.....best ke tak best pegang probe ni ..mai la try...
Hari kedua ni kita nak ajar simple je tapi kritikal ..emergency/urgent echo...apa kita nak cari dlm keadaan kes kecemasan....kes kritikal..(bukan kes demam baru pagi ni  dtg kat jabatan kecemasan..hehehe...) So hari kedua ni kalo sape duk kat ED ke ICU ke...mana2 yg newbie...baru nak berjinak2....mmg bagus kalo join..tambah ilmu pengetahun ngn skill sket...ECG da pandai..pas tu tau plak wat echo...perghhh...mmg superb ar...mmg HOD syg lebih arrr...
Hari kedua ni hukumnya x wajib..harus je..so nak join ley.... x join pon bolehhhh...(maknanya hari pertama je yg wajib...faham ke idok?...x fhm tanya admin )

APAAAaa??? nak join hari kedua JE??   ..., mmg x arrr.... sebab kalau nk join hari kedua  syaratnya kena amek combo,skali ngan hari pertama jgk ...RM200 je ponnn...Mana nak cari bang siap ada hands on ngn harga tu...siap bg makan lagi.....plak tu yg handle hari kedua ni kitaorg invite otai2 echo dari MSCVT...bukan calang2 bang...banyak org lama,pioneer dr IJN dulu dlm MSCVT tu bang...
Pakej dashat....murah lak tu...so fhm2 je la...bukak plak cuma utk 30 org jer...limited woooo..saper cepat dia dapat...!!! hihi

ONCOLOGY EMERGENCIES Oncologic emergencies can occur at any time during the course of a malignancy, from the presenting symptom to end-stage disease. Although some of these conditions are related to cancer therapy, they are by no means confined to the period of initial diagnosis and active treatment. In the setting of recurrent malignancy, these events can occur years after the surveillance of a cancer patient has been appropriately transferred from a medical oncologist to a primary care provider.
